RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Some of our products (shower doors, replacement panels, shower seats, shower bases, water dams cut to specified length, replacement panels cut to specified length) are made to your custom specifications and are NOT returnable. Other products are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Please contact us at showersolutionsusa@sentco.net or 402-245-3419 within 10 days of receipt, for a RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number. Product must be received in its original condition and packaging to the address listed on the RGA. Once product is received, Company shall refund Buyer (less 30% restocking fee and shipping charges incurred) to the same form of payment used when purchased. This sets forth Buyer’s sole and exclusive right to refund.
